“rhubarb’s” Rump steak burgers in a sesame seed bun with all the fixins’ to include crisp iceberg lettuce, dill pickles, club sauce, red onions, Swiss cheese and a side order of “rhubarb’s” slaw

Cumberland sausages in a crusty roll with English mustard
BBQ free range chicken kebabs with avocado, vine tomato and chilli salsa chargrilled corn on the cob with garlic butter

The Event (all included and designed, just relax)
Arrive at the 61m river yacht Silver Sturgeon, moored at the private Savoy Pier on Victoria Embankment – the pontoon bedecked with large bunches of 3ft balloons, deck chairs and sand castles twinkling fisherman’s lights.
As you enter the cruiser, be welcomed by stylishly nostalgic features from driftwood pedestals holding hurricane lanterns, the scent of Cornish St Eval ‘Sea Salt’ candles, vases of specially commissioned seaside Sticks of Rock and Whistable Oyster Buckets filled with seaside plants, rope and shells.
Your guests will be offered fabulous Pimms No 1 cocktails, Meantime Beer (brewed in Greenwich), Pink Lemonade and Ginger Beer on arrival, tempting a stroll on the beautiful upper deck featuring sand castles windmills, seashore planters and vintage postcard cushions on the teak bench seats.
The Ensign Room open deck will feature the deliciously simple “BBQ On Deck Stall’ styled by Silver Fleet’s caterers “rhubarb” on the river. Delectable Cumberland Sausages and Rump steak burgers with all the fixins’ beautifully served by waiting staff in ‘sailing chic’ striped tops and vintage postcard aprons, making sure your guests are served wherever they have chosen to relax onboard the super yacht.
The River Room’s dramatic glass staircase and dance floor will be festooned in fluttering giant signal flags and super size round helium balloons (which guests can take home at the end of the night). The DJ will spin tunes of your choice - hip, ambient or groovy - according to your mood for the event.
Between dancing guests can also amuse themselves with a modern take on the seaside photo board poking their face through the holes and taking portraits.
